| On Wednesday, August 27, 2014, Taurean was the paramedic on a fixed wing air ambulance that was transporting a patient when the Cessna plane crashed. Taurean and the other crew members – Monica Chavez and Juan-Alfredo “Freddy” Martinez – were all killed in the crash, including the patient who was being transported. |
