| David had served as a paramedic with Grundy County Ambulance and the Chillicothe Fire Department and Ambulance for eleven years before his death at the age of 35 on January 3, 1994. He was the attending paramedic in an ambulance that was involved in a head-on collision when a tractor trailer driver lost control and swerved into the ambulance's path. David died as he was being taken to the hospital.<br /> <br /> He was survived by his wife Kristen, daughter Sarah, and mother Betty Mosher.<br /> <br /> Honored 1995 |
