Frank Lindamood, emergency medical technician, was still actively running calls with the Waynesboro Crew at the age of 72. He had been with the crew for ten years and had served as squad leader and chaplain.<br />

On Sunday evening, April 25, 1993, Frank had answered two calls in two hours. After the last call he returned to the crew building where he suffered a myocardial infarction.<br />
<br />
Frank and his wife, Virginia, were the parents of one daughter, Robbi, and two sons, Michael and Frank, Jr. He was a proud grandfather of three. Frank retired from Nicbo in 1981, and was a member of Crimora United Methodist Church.<br />
<br />
Members of the Waynesboro First Aid Crew and Augusta Ambulance Service were honorary pallbearers.<br />
