Fallen EMT/ Paramedic Dress Uniform

The Fallen EMT/Paramedic Dress Uniform Program is a service provided by Lighthouse Uniform Company in association with the Journal of Emergency Medical Services (JEMS) and the National EMS Memorial Service, which will provide a Class A EMS Dress Uniform, free of charge, for the burial of any EMS provider who loses his or her life in the line of duty.
There is no charge for the uniform, certification striping or Star of Life longevity marks. The only cost is for freight, which will be billed to the provider’s agency.

• Measurements: height, weight, suit size, waist, inseam, shirt size
• Specifics: certification/rank, Star of Life Marks (how long in service)
• Logistics: Agency name, contact, phone number, uniform destination address

It is our hope that in some small way this program will help with the grieving process and let EMS providers across the country know we are thinking of them and that we appreciate all they do in service to our communities.
